Our Platform

Data engine:
Maps the biological and agronomic landscape
We integrate soil and root microbiome sequencing, qPCR and functional markers, crop performance, management practices, and climate and soil metadata to build a living dataset of “who lives where and what happens to the crop.”

Design engine:
AI for microbial communities
On top of this data, our models propose candidate SynComs. We optimize for functional traits (nutrient cycling, biocontrol, stress tolerance), compatibility between strains, colonization potential, robustness across environments, and practical constraints like number of strains and formulation limits.

Validation engine: Closes the loop with experiments
We assemble SynCom candidates and test them in growth chambers, greenhouses, and field pilots with our partners. We track plant performance, soil and root colonization, and microbiome shifts, and feed all results back into the models so each iteration is faster and more accurate.
